Working undercover as a journalist at a mental hospital, Emanuelle witnesses a female patient bite a nurse savagely. The patient tells her she was raised by a hidden cannibal tribe in the Amazon. Emanuelle and a team go deep into the Amazon to find this cannibal tribe, and unfortunately do and the usual rape, mutilation and torture ensue. Filled with nudity and gore.
